Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using tekconnected.io (the "Site") or engaging TekConnected LLC ("TekConnected," "we," "us") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

Services

TekConnected provides technology consulting services including but not limited to: platform implementation (monday.com, Asana), workflow automation (Make.com, Zapier, n8n), database architecture (Supabase), custom software development, and related consulting. All services are provided on a project basis under separately agreed-upon statements of work or proposals.

Communications Consent

By providing your phone number through our booking forms, contact forms, or other channels, you consent to receive business communications from TekConnected via phone calls and text messages (SMS) through our business phone system (MightyCall VoIP service). These communications may include: appointment confirmations and reminders, project updates and follow-ups, responses to your inquiries, and relevant business information.

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message, emailing mike@tekconnected.io, or calling +1 917 540 1739.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or obtained by any third parties.

Booking & Scheduling

Demo and consultation bookings made through our site are processed via Cal.com. Booking a call does not constitute a contractual commitment for services. Consultations are provided at no charge unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TekConnected LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Work product created for clients under a statement of work is governed by the terms of that agreement.

Client Deliverables

Ownership of work product, code, configurations, and documentation created during a client engagement is determined by the applicable statement of work or proposal. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, TekConnected retains ownership of its proprietary tools, templates, methodologies, and pre-existing intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TekConnected LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes from our consulting services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TekConnected LLC, its officers, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New York.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Site at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party sites.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
